Panel Manufacturing
Panels are made using materials made in the USA. Standard panels are made according to architectural drawings that are optimized for panel construction.
Multi-Panel Horizontal Press
Closed-cell polyurethane foam is injected into the frame.
Panels are manufactured according to the drawings and are sent to the construction site, numbered by order of placement.
An assembly crew of 4-5 with minimal training and skills can assemble a typical 3-bed, 2-bath home.
